An enquiry is a request to discuss work, not a booking or a contract. Scope, materials, programme, price and payment terms are agreed directly with James in writing before work begins.
Review policy
Displayed excerpts are attributed to their Google reviewers and linked to the business profile. Excerpts have been shortened, and spelling tidied, without changing their meaning. The profile showed 5.0 from 67 Google reviews on 14 October 2026. Individual experiences don't guarantee the result of another project.
